Fried Squash Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large fresh blossoms
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    remaining 1 c. starter
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 small box instant vanilla pudding
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped dates
Preparation
    Stir well except nuts and dates.
    Add nuts and dates.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans or 1 greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
