Cinnamon Twists - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until all flour is mixed in.
    Let rest 30 minutes.
    Brush with butter.
    Knead down a few times and let rise until double in bulk.
    Divide in 3 parts.
    Roll out about 1/4-inch thick.
    Brush with butter.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture (about 1 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon). Divide into three.
    Fold over and cut in 1-inch strips with a pizza cutter.
    Twist and place in pan.
    Brush with butter and let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    Ice with powdered sugar.
