Mock Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
    1/4 c. soy sauce (reduced sodium)
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    3 c. Belgian endive, chopped (4 heads)
    6 c. romaine, torn (2 heads)
    1/8 tsp. cracked black pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    1 1/3 c. chopped tomato
Preparation
    Put garlic, soy sauce and lemon juice in a salad bowl and whisk thoroughly.
    Add endive and romaine; toss to coat.
    Sprinkle with pepper and Parmesan cheese.
    Garnish with chopped tomato.
