Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
4 eggs
2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. flour
1 c. nuts, crushed

Preparation

While heating oven, place sticks of butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan; allow to melt, watching carefully.
Combine all ingredients.
Spread in pan.
Sprinkle with nuts.
