Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 minced garlic cloves
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    sliced chicken
    1 bag broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch in 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Saute garlic cloves, soy sauce, ground ginger and sliced chicken.
    Then add broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Mix cornstarch in water.
    Add to stir-fry and cook until thickened.
    Serve over rice.
