Basil Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, washed
    4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
    3 green onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Place mushrooms in a jar.
    Mix all other ingredients and add to mushrooms.
    Close tightly; toss gently and refrigerate.
    Best if served in 2 hours or so.
