Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes
    1 (4 oz.) carton whipped cream cheese (plain)
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. white pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut into 1 1/2 to 2-inch chunks.
    In large saucepan, cover potatoes with water; bring to boiling.
    Cook over medium heat until tender (20 to 25 minutes).
    Drain.
    Mash until smooth.
    Blend in cream cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, onion salt and pepper.
    Spoon into buttered 3-quart casserole.
    Refrigerate, covered.
