Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. frozen cheese-filled tortellini
1/2 c. Marie's lite and zesty fat-free Italian vinaigrette
1 c. diced cucumber
1 c. diced tomato
2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
2 c. salad greens, torn in bite-size pieces
Preparation

Cook tortellini according to package directions (omitting salt).
Drain.
In a medium bowl, toss tortellini with dressing. Cool 10 minutes.
Add cucumber, tomato and green onion.
Toss gently to coat.
Serve at room temperature or cover and refrigerate.
Serve over salad greens.
