Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 tsp. cooking oil
food color

Preparation

Cook all ingredients for 3 minutes.
Knead and put into airtight container when cool.
