Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker hash brown potatoes
    4 c. very hot water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cover potatoes with water in 2 1/2-quart bowl.
    Stir in salt and let stand, uncovered, 15 minutes.
    Drain thoroughly.
