Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water until tender.
    Add rest of ingredients and heat until fluffy.
    Cool.
    Cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan or 2-quart casserole. Dot with butter and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
