Lemon Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red new potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    4 to 5 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lemon
    salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in baking dish.
    Coat potatoes with lemon juice, olive oil, butter and salt.
    Grate lemon zest on top of potatoes. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until browned.
    Remove potatoes from baking dish and serve.
