Eskimo Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. marshmallows
    1 c. juice (1 lemon, 3 oranges)
    1 pt. whipping cream
    graham crackers
Preparation
    Place marshmallows and juice in large saucepan to melt, then set in refrigerator to cool.
    Make sure it does not get too hard, should look like syrup.
    Now whip cream, fold in syrup, then pour in graham cracker lined pan (9 x 12-inch).
    Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs over torte.
    Set in refrigerator overnight.
