Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. white chocolate, chopped
    1 c. milk
    1 (1/4 oz.) envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 c. whipping cream
    4 egg whites
    squeeze of lemon juice
Preparation
    Melt the chocolate in top of a double boiler over barely simmering water.
    In 1/4 cup of milk, dissolve the gelatin.
