Turkey Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey meat
2 slices white bread, diced
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
2 egg whites
1/2 celery rib, finely chopped
1 very small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well in food processor or by hand.
Shape into small balls.
Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with toothpicks.
Makes 24 meatballs.
