Garbanzo Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) can garbanzo beans, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. minced green onions
    1 (4 oz.) can pimentos, chopped
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar or plain
    1 (2 oz.) can anchovies
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, saving enough anchovies and eggs for garnish.
    Toss lightly.
    Serve in individual bowls lined with lettuce.
    Garnish with chopped eggs and anchovy strips.
    Makes about 4 servings.
