Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Toss together pineapple chunks and bread crumbs.
Combine sugar, eggs and melted butter.
Pour over pineapple mixture in greased 2-quart dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Great with pork!
