Swedish Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Brown beef
    and onions.
    Add remaining ingredients; pour into greased dish.
    Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
