Buttery Dill Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. pkg. Van de Kamp's \"Today's Catch\" sole
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1/2 stick butter (salted or unsalted) *
    2 medium buds garlic, crushed and strained
    1/3 c. Gallo sherry (pale dry)
    tomatoes, thinly sliced (approximately 1/2)
    Italian cheese (any mixture), grated
Preparation
