Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 oz. red food color
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Crisco.
    Add eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add vanilla, color, flour, salt, cocoa and buttermilk.
    Beat well.
    Mix vinegar and soda together and add to batter.
    Fold in with a spoon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
