Easy Roast Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 broiler-fryer (about 2 1/2 lb.), cut up
    1/2 c. cream (not dry) sherry or Madeira
    juice of 1 small lemon (about 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp.)
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. rosemary
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Place in shallow baking pan.
    Mix well remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
    Roast in preheated 350\u00b0 oven, basting every 15 to 20 minutes, for 45 to 60 minutes or until golden brown and fork-tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
