Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
1/4 c. sweet milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. lemon rind
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. corn meal
4 whole eggs
Preparation

Combine sugar and eggs.
Mix flour and meal.
Add to sugar and eggs.
Gradually add milk, butter, lemon juice and rind.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
