Baked Herb Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) fryer chicken, cut up
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients listed after chicken.
    Pour over chicken, laid out in a baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 6.
