Four Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans
    1 (16 oz.) can cut wax beans
    1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 onion
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 slivered green pepper
Preparation
    Stir sugar with oil, vinegar and salt until blended.
    Add to beans, onion and pepper.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
    Stir several times.
