Lean Chicken Cacciatore(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
    3/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. dry red wine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 medium whole chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lb.), skinned, boned and split lengthwise
    paprika
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    4 oz. spaghetti, cooked
Preparation
    In
    a medium skillet, cut up undrained tomatoes. Add mushrooms, onion, green pepper, wine, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Place chicken pieces on tomato mixture in skillet. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cook and simmer 25 minutes.
    Remove chicken to serving platter; sprinkle with paprika.
    Keep warm.
