Divinity Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. granulated sugar
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
pinch of salt
4 egg whites
1/2 lb. nuts
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook syrup, sugar, water, vinegar and salt (approximately 275\u00b0).
Cook until the mixture threads.
Slowly beat in well beaten egg whites.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Cook until thick enough to spoon.
Drop on wax paper.
Mixture hardens fast!
