Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (chopped)
1 pkg. Jiffy corn meal mix
4 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat eggs. Saute onion in butter.
Add other ingredients. Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Use a long Pyrex dish, one you would make a cobbler in.
