Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery (optional)
    3 to 4 tsp. margarine
    Ritz cracker crumbs (20 to 25 crackers)
Preparation
    Drain vegetables and water chestnuts. Mix all ingredients together.
    Melt margarine in microwave and mix with cracker crumbs. Place over top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
