Ingredients

6 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 qt. milk
Preparation

Beat the eggs well.
Add sugar, salt and 1 cup milk.
Beat very well and then add flour gradually, putting in the remaining milk.
Beat until very smooth.
Have greased skillet hot.
Put about 2 tablespoons of the mixture on this skillet.
Brown both sides.
A filling may be
used such as jams, jellies, etc.
This recipe makes about 30 pancakes.
