Potatoes Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen plain hash browns
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    bread crumbs
    O & C fried onions (topping)
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes.
    Combine with butter.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix together. Put in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add fried onions for last 10 minutes.
