Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. cooked noodles, (6 oz. uncooked)
Preparation
    Cut meat into thin strips, dust with flour and pepper.
    In large skillet, brown meat in butter.
    Add mushrooms, onions and garlic.
    Brown lightly.
    Stir in soup.
    Cover and cook 1 hour or until meat is tender, stirring now and then.
    Gradually blend in sour cream.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Serve over noodles.
    Makes 4 generous servings.
