Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes, cubed and boiled
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
cheese slices
margarine (optional)
corn flakes (optional)
Preparation

Cube and boil potatoes.
Drain.
Add onion, mushroom soup, sour cream and Velveeta cheese.
Put in casserole dish and bake about 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Layer top with cheese slices.
Do not return to oven.
