2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk (divided)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Butter 8-inch square pan.
In small microwave bowl, melt butterscotch chips with 1/3 can sweetened condensed milk; set aside.
