Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. corn (cut off cob) or 1 can cream-style corn
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Drop by 1/4 cupfuls in hot frying pan with a little bacon grease or on a hot griddle. Cook on both sides until done and lightly browned.
Can serve with syrup.
