Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can shredded coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix
2 sticks melted butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
Preparation

Spray 9 x 13-inch cake pan with oil.
Sprinkle pecans on bottom of pan.
Sprinkle coconut over pecans.
Mix cake mix according to package directions and pour over coconut/pecans.
Mix cream cheese and melted butter and confectioners sugar and pour over cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
