Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar, optional
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Cook corn.
Beat eggs and milk.
Combine eggs, corn and milk with seasonings and 2 Tbsp. butter.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish.
Mix crumbs and butter and sprinkle over corn.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until mixture is set.
