Honey-Lemon Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
    1 1/2 c. unpeeled ripe pears, chunked
    1 1/2 c. chopped oranges (2)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Combine pineapple chunks, pears and oranges in a bowl; toss gently and set aside.
    Combine 2 tablespoons of the pineapple juice and the remaining ingredients in a jar.
    Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
    Pour over fruit and toss gently.
    Cover and chill up to 24 hours.
    Serves about 10.
