Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. grated carrots
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. walnuts
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tall can (15 oz.) pineapple, drained
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar and mix well.
Slowly add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bake in greased and floured pan (10 x 14-inch) for 45 to 60 minutes until well done.
