Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    3/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. egg substitute
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    5 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Remove and discard skin.
    Mash salmon with bones.
    Add onion, egg substitute, bread crumbs, mustard and hot pepper sauce; mix thoroughly.
    Form into patties.
    Brush burgers with oil and grill over hot coals, turning once, until nicely browned and heated through, 8 to 10 minutes.
