Chili Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely minced
3/4 c. refried beans
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin seed
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 (5.8 oz.) can corn or 10 oz. frozen corn
2 to 3 drops hot pepper sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
pita bread
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Add green pepper, onion and garlic.
Cook over medium heat until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat and liquid.
Stir in seasonings, corn, hot pepper sauce, tomato sauce and refried beans.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir 2 or 3 times.
Serve with chips as a dip, or fill pita pockets and eat as a sandwich.
