Corn Muffin Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake in greased 8 x 8-inch casserole for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Pull rack out and sprinkle 4 ounces of grated cheese on top.
Remove from oven immediately, cheese should be melting.
