Scratch 3-Layer Cake With Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    3 sticks butter
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. 7-Up
    5 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Whip butter until smooth, then alternate adding flour, sugar and egg yolks.
    When flour, sugar and egg yolks have been added, put in 7-Up and then vanilla.
    Add egg whites until desired smoothness.
    When batter is finished, put in 3 cake pans and cook at 350\u00b0 until done.
