Aunt Fannie'S Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    1/2 C. crushed cracker crumbs
    1 stick melted butter or oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 C. chopped onion
    2 eggs well beaten
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
    Wash and cut up squash.
    Boil until tender.
    Drain and mash. Add all ingredients to squash except the butter.
    Mix well.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Spread rest of butter on top.
    Sprinkle with some crumbs.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until brown on top.
