Coconut Self Crust Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c butter
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c milk
    3/4 c sugar
    1/2 c biscuit mix
    1 c coconut
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except coconut, in blender. Blend on low for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch pan. Let set for 5 minutes. Sprinkle coconut on top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
