Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag herb seasoned stuffing mix
    4 c. cooked squash
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 red pimento, chopped
    1 grated carrot
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix.
    Spread 1/2 in casserole dish.
    Combine squash, carrot, onion, pimento and sugar. Spread mixture over stuffing mix.
    Combine soup with sour cream and spread over squash.
    Spread other 1/2 stuffing mix over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
