Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 cans evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 qt. whipping cream
    homogenized milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy and light in color.
    Add sugar and beat until thoroughly dissolved.
    Add 2 cans Carnation milk, 1 quart whipping cream and 3 tablespoons vanilla.
    Pour into freezer can and finish filling with homogenized milk.
