Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can Golden mushroom soup
    1 bag frozen broccoli
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    Brown chicken breast in oil until chicken is cooked through. Add golden mushroom soup, soy sauce and garlic powder.
    Mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
    Stir in frozen broccoli.
    Cover and cook until broccoli is tender, stirring occasionally.
    Make rice as directed.
    Serve over rice.
