Breakfast Before Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried ground mustard
    3 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Drain well and set aside.
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk, salt and dried mustard to egg mixture.
    Layer bread cubes, then sausage and cheese in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray.
    Pour egg mixture over top. Refrigerate overnight.
