Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Granny Smith apples
1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
2 Tbsp. chopped dried dates
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. apple cider
Preparation

Wash apples.
Core out the center to 1-inch diameter, taking care not to core all the way through the bottom of apple; set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the nuts, dates, cinnamon, honey and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Fill the apples with the nut mixture.
