Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken, cut into chunks
2 c. chopped celery
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
small jar pimento
3/4 c. cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated cheese
2/3 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. broken potato chips
Preparation

Place first 4 ingredients in casserole dish.
Mix together cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, salt, minced onion and lemon juice.
Pour into dish and top with grated cheese, slivered almonds and potato chips.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
